Professional Role
Bill Minix is a former Military Officer, Businessman, and Entrepreneur. He served on active duty in the United States Army as an Infantry Officer, Ranger and Paratrooper before transitioning to Corporate America. Bill spent over twenty-five years in leadership roles for major medical device companies including Abbott Laboratories, Thermo Fisher Healthcare, and Biomerieux. His competencies in Leadership & Sales catapulted his differentiated top performance in both the Army and Civilian sectors.
Community Involvement
Bill is a 1986 graduate of Southern University A&M College, Baton Rouge, LA. He was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant, US Army and a Distinguished Military Graduate.
He earned his Master’s degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Lake Forest, Il.
He is the author of a practical guidebook for people seeking to understand leadership entitled, ‘Leadership: Why Managers Fail? 10 Mistakes to Avoid When Managing People’.

Recently retired, Bill fundamentally believes that every person has unique gifts and talents that they can use to be successful. His company helped people achieve more than they ever deemed possible.
