Mr. Weaver is a Senior Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Team Leader at Amerant Bank N.A. and Responsible for managing the commercial real estate lending team in Texas. Elgin earned his B.S degree in finance from the University of New Orleans. In addition, he earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute and is a graduate of the Texas Bankers Association Management Development Program. Elgin is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc, a member of the Avenue CDC Asset Management Committee and is a board member of the Bridge Builder Charity Foundation of Houston Texas.
