Mr. White was born in Winnsboro, Louisiana and educated at the University of Louisiana at Monroe where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Computer information Systems). Mr. White is married to his wife Kimberly and has one son Dillon Arthur White. Mr. White currently works at Railpros as a Project Manager for last year. Mr. White has 15 plus years of railroad experience as corridor manager and a dispatcher with Union Pacific railroad. Doneil has been a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. since 2002, and is serving his first term as a board member of the Bridge Builder Charity Foundation of Houston Texas in 2021.
